ChannelBot Terms of Service
Last updated: July 24, 2026
Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of ChannelBot, a YouTube comment automation, moderation, engagement management, and analytics SaaS platform.
Accounts
You must have authority to connect any YouTube channel you manage through ChannelBot. You are responsible for your account credentials, automation rules, moderation settings, and replies posted from your connected channels.
Google & YouTube Access (Policy III.C.1)
ChannelBot uses Google OAuth and YouTube API Services. By using ChannelBot or connecting a YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time via Google Security Settings.
YouTube Data Handling, CSV Exports, and 30-Day Storage Limit (Policy III.I.4)
In accordance with YouTube API Services Developer Policies (including Policy III.I.4 and Section III.E.4), end users and API clients are strictly required to comply with the following data retention and deletion rules:
- 30-Day Data Storage Limit: Stored or exported YouTube API data (including commenter names, comment text, timestamps, video metrics, or channel information) must not be retained for longer than thirty (30) calendar days without a data refresh.
- Automated Data Deletion Mechanism: Users may purge all stored YouTube channel records, cached comments, moderation logs, and OAuth tokens at any time via Settings -> YouTube Privacy & Data Controls inside ChannelBot.
- Mandatory Data Refresh or Deletion: Upon the expiration of 30 days or access revocation, users must delete exported files or refresh data directly from YouTube API Services.
Acceptable Use
You may not use ChannelBot to post spam, scams, harassment, hate speech, unlawful content, deceptive promotions, or content that violates YouTube policies. You may not bypass API restrictions, rate limits, security controls, or ChannelBot usage limits.
Service Limitations
ChannelBot depends on Google OAuth, YouTube API availability, API quotas, channel permissions, network conditions, and your configuration. Syncing, analytics, moderation, and replies may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or rejected by YouTube. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or inappropriate, so you are responsible for reviewing settings and results.
Liability
ChannelBot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, ChannelBot is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for outcomes caused by your automation settings or use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using ChannelBot at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse Google or YouTube data, fail to pay required fees, or create security, compliance, or abuse risks.
